Last Friday Heather and I attended the 3 year anniversary celebration of the Mama Maria, a health clinic in Kenya started by our friend Peter Kithene. They are doing really great work. If you have ever wanted to donate money to a good cause, but don't know a good place to donate it to because you don't know where your money will go, I encourage you to donate to Peter's clinic. The money goes directly to helping the clinic, which provides services desperately needed in Kenya. And right now, there are some donors who will triple match any donations. So if you donate $100, they will donate $300.

After the event, we met up with all good friends at King's and helped celebrate Lauren's birthday. Hello and happy birthday.

Saturday and Sunday, Heather and Jo and I went on another backpacking trip and I didn't forget the sausages this time. We hiked in the vicinity of the south side of Glacier Peak. Many incredible sites were seen. I will post some pictures, some day, as always.
