Last fall I saw Eldorado Peak for the first time and decided that I would ski there some day. This weekend my friend Adam and I had the weekend reserved for a skiing adventure. We decided Eldorado Peak was the best place to go. It was quite a bit of work to make it the nearly 7000 feet to the top, especially the first 2000 feet hiking through steep forest with no real trail. But it was absolutely beautiful up on the glacier and we had excellent weather to boot. Here are the pictures.
