I had a long weekend in the mountains. On Saturday I went to Lake Lillian and Mount Margaret. On Sunday, David and I hiked through the Valley of Silent Men and camped at the base of The Brothers. On Monday, David and I summited The Brothers. We were high above the clouds and could see all the way to Mt. Rainier. It was absolutely fantastic. It felt like being in heaven. I will try to post pictures on Thursday.

All in all this weekend I covered over 30 miles and gained and descended over 10,000 feet.
